Charismatic twenty five year old chef with almost eight years of professional experience. Do not be mislead by her subtle looks. This girl will take you by the strom. She has worked in Michelin star restaurants such as AoC and Geranium in Kopenhagen, Lepicerie do Cirque and Centpourcent in Belgium, Angler in London and El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. She has also made it to the finals of the fifth edition of Top Chef television show in Poland.
Her adveturous character has lead her all the way to Samoa Islands where she has opened and run the Aggie Grey’s by Peter Kuruvita, the first fine dining restaurant on the Island. Together with the New Zealand Chef Association she has organised first ever professional culinary competitions on that side of the globe.
In her cuisine she stays close to nature. She likes to focus on carefull choice of products and combine them into tastes that cause a whole range of positive reactions. She wants to make people happy with her dishes and surprise them with magic hidden in the obvious. The cuisine she composes is a miniature of her experiences and journeys throughout the world which surely defined her as chef, and as a citizen of the world.
