Arek Bober

Arek Bober is a knowledgeable, experienced, and open-minded chef and food writer. His philosophy is to use traditional and modern techniques to transform the best seasonal produce into cosmopolitan and flavoursome dishes.

A graduate of West London University (Culinary Bachelor of Arts with Honours), he has worked as  Sous Chef for the likes of Inaki Aizpitarte, Jason Atherton, Merlin Labron-Johnson, and Wojciech Modest Amaro.  This led to high-profile Head Chef roles at The Cornwall Project, and most recently at the Peruvian inspired Pachamama Group.
