Danny Burns

Danny is currently Head Chef at the fresh and vibrant No.29 Power Station West in Battersea, London.  He is deeply committed to great British produce from local suppliers, and his menus showcase seasonal and well-sourced ingredients.

With a Diploma in Professional Cookery from Bournemouth & Poole College, Danny’s has a broad range of professional experience, working as a Senior Sous Chef at The Reform Club, central London, Head Chef at the Smith’s Wapping Restaurant, and Butlers Wharf’s Chop House, also in London.
