Mikey Seferynski started his professional culinary journey twenty years ago. This talented, creative yet very modest Chef has a clear vision and understanding of what path he wants to follow. Driven by seasons and fresh produce he wants to create and combine classical flavours loved by everyone and make dishes with his signature twist to each and every one of them.
Ge gained his professional experience working as a Private Chef for the Ambassador of the United Stated of America. Based in the United Kingdom for 15 years now Mikey has worked for a number of different venues including six years of a Head Chef position at the renowned The Three Oaks, Gerrards Cross. Under his reign this popular gastro pub was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2014 and has ever since received other awards including Good Food Guide and the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire Food and Drink Awards.
With Mikey’s experience including Sous Chef position at Hinds Head and the Fat Duck, it is no surprise that the Three Oaks has become a force to be reckoned with on the Chiltern Food Scene. He is certainly a Chef to follow up on as he will shake the culinary scene again very soon.
