A former winner of Top Chef TV show, Sebastian has around fifteen years’ experience as a chef and international culinary consultant, creating many exciting à la carte menus for clients around the world.
His work has its origins in French philosophy, and he presents classic cuisine in a modern way, showing the simplicity and beauty of basic products. For him, this is the essence of his craft.
He perfected his culinary skills working in high-profile restaurants, including ventures run by Gordon Ramsay and Tom Aikens. Currently Creative Chef at the prestigious Belvedere Restaurant in Royal Lazienki Park, Warsaw, he maintains the restaurant’s highest standards, and impresses diners with the impeccable presentation of every dish he serves.
As a Head Chef, he has developed a broad range of management skills, and he enjoys working with, and leading his team through each challenge.
Sebastian believes in not just in beautiful food and the best ingredients, but in using each dish to tell a story and create a true experience for all the senses.
